YOUR TASKS

  • SUPPORT... the rail brake division management in a variety of tasks
  • PARTICIPATION... in the implementation of smaller organisational projects as well as support in accounting for funding projects
  • CREATING... and tracking purchase orders via the in-house SAP purchasing module
  • SUPPORT... with travel bookings (hotels, trains, flights) and expense claims
  • ORGANISATION... of team events as well as meetings, retreats, etc.
  • PARTICIPATION... in administrative tasks such as maintaining lists, checking invoices, group-internal communication, etc.
  • CREATING... and evaluating internal departmental surveys
  • SHAPING... the mobility of the future



YOUR PROFILE
  • Current studies at a university of applied sciences or university
  • Interest in controlling / marketing and in technology / mechanical engineering
  • Experience in professional correspondence
  • IT affinity
  • Initial experience in Office applications, web conferencing etc. desirable
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • German (fluent), English (business fluent - C1)
